Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or personalized orders may take an additional 7-10 business days.

  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $6.00 flat rate or free for orders over $100.
  3. International Shipping:

    • We currently do not ship internationally.
  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
    • Track your order through your email or via the shipping carrier's website.
  5. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  6. Lost or Damaged Items:

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
    • Ensure your address is correct to avoid any issues with delivery.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT only within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
    • Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  2. Return Process:

    • Contact us at ohbabyprenatalimaging@gmail.com to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Store Credit:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
    • If approved, your store credit will be processed, and a credit will applied via online gift card. The gift card QR code will be sent via text message or email.
  5. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at ohbabyprenatalimaging@gmail.com to reserve your replacement item.
  6. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at ohbabyprenatalimaging@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please examine your purchase BEFORE removing any tags.
