Return Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT only within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
    • Sale items, personalized items, swimwear, and gift cards are non-returnable.

  2. Return Process:

    • Contact us at info@ohbabyprenatalimaging.com to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Store Credit:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
    • If approved, your store credit will be processed, and a credit will applied via online gift card. The gift card QR code will be sent via text message or email.

  5. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@ohbabyprenatalimaging.com to reserve your replacement item.

  6. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@ohbabyprenatalimaging.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please examine your purchase BEFORE removing any tags.
