Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or personalized orders may take an additional 7-10 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $6.00 flat rate or free for orders over $100.

International Shipping:
- We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Track your order through your email or via the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Ensure your address is correct to avoid any issues with delivery.
Return Policy

Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT only within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Store Credit:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If approved, your store credit will be processed, and a credit will applied via online gift card. The gift card QR code will be sent via text message or email.

Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at ohbabyprenatalimaging@gmail.com to reserve your replacement item.

Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at ohbabyprenatalimaging@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please examine your purchase BEFORE removing any tags.
